Letters from Pixley are mailed on or around the 20th of each month through USPS.

To receive the current month’s letter, please subscribe by the 15th. Memberships purchased after the 15th will begin with the following month’s mailing.

Your membership begins the day you subscribe and renews automatically each month on the same calendar date until canceled.

$8 a month is the newsletter on its own: my monthly letter, sent by post, without the curated extras.

$12 a month is the full postal mail club. The same monthly newsletter, along with other specially curated items each month, including the Journey Map and the Wild Hearts Collection.

Each letter is thoughtfully written, designed, printed, assembled, and mailed by me. Your membership helps cover the materials, postage, and time that go into creating something meant to be held onto rather than scrolled past.

United States: Most letters arrive within 3–7 business days after mailing.

Letters are mailed as standard USPS mail and do not include tracking or shipping insurance.

While the vast majority of letters arrive safely, postal delays and the occasional lost piece of mail are an unfortunate reality.

If your letter has not arrived after 30 days (U.S.) or 60 days (international), please reach out. I’ll always do my best to help, but because these are sent through standard postal mail without tracking, I can’t guarantee replacement of lost mail.

If mail delivery becomes a recurring issue to your address, we may recommend canceling your membership until a more reliable mailing address is available.

You may update your mailing address through your account before the monthly mailing date.

If you’ve recently moved, please make any address changes before the 20th of the month to ensure your next letter is sent to the correct location.

You may cancel your membership at any time through your account.

Your membership will remain active through the end of your current billing period, and no future payments will be processed.

Because each month’s mailing is individually prepared, assembled, and shipped specifically for members, all memberships are non-refundable.

Letters from Pixley is a subscription to my work, my curiosity, and the experience of receiving something thoughtfully created each month. Every issue will be different, and that’s part of its character. If you decide it’s no longer the right fit for you, you’re always welcome to cancel before your next renewal.
